Our spare parts stock is maintained at our Aurangabad location to ensure a high degree of parts availability, including forklift tires, traction batteries, and forklift spares for different makes of equipment.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Our annual maintenance contracts offer purely technical assistance services. Parts and consumables are provided as required, with an agreed number of preventive maintenance calls during an operational year. All of our service engineers are well-equipped with the necessary tools to keep your equipment operational. Our field service engineers are regionally based to minimize service response time, and we provide certain hours to address minor breakdowns.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS (CMC)

Our Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) provide all-inclusive technical support to ensure your equipment operates smoothly year-round. This includes regular preventive maintenance, necessary parts and consumables, and prompt response to breakdowns. Our highly skilled service engineers are equipped with advanced tools and strategically located to reduce response times. The CMC covers:

EQUIPMENT REFURBISHING

After 4-5 years or 6000 to 8000 running hours of rugged usage, we suggest a complete refurbishing or overhauling at our workshop in Waluj MIDC. Our 4000 sq ft shed is equipped with all required tools and machinery. This process includes complete dismantling of the equipment, thermo acidic cleaning of parts, repair and replacement of wear and tear assemblies, reassembly according to principal guidelines, denting, and painting.
